My husband and I have been married 24+ years and have 2 amazing teenagers. Jennifer homeschooled the kids and graduated one and almost another. She had to decide what was next. Our family has always leaned toward a healthier lifestyle. When our daughter was told she needed to be both gluten and dairy-free, we started to look for options in the fast casual dining/restaurant world and found that it is very lacking for people who have specific dietary needs.
